30 second exposure, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. The white structure in the upper right third of the photo is Bagnall Dam, which dams the Osage River, forming the Lake of the Ozarks.

Thanks! I used a long exposure of about 30 seconds to smooth the water, the milky white tone comes from the lighting.
